Hourly projects:

• 50% of total estimated cost up to six hours due upfront as deposit
  • 2 hour non-refundable minimum
• Additional hours billed weekly or at conclusion of project, whichever comes first

Fixed rate projects:

• 50% of total estimate due upfront as deposit
• 50% of total estimate/ remainder of hours billed (if different than estimate) due one week after project completion

This includes a custom outline of questions about your project. You may also ask any questions or share any additional information / expectations.

Billing occurs by the quarter hour. Service agreements are drafted detailing each project. This protects both parties, including  payment, confidentiality, and publishing of any work created on your behalf.

A signed service agreement, copy of your ID, & deposit are required prior to beginning.

Detailed invoices, receipts, & time logs when applicable are provided with every project.

Lastly, out of protection for Briauna Moore ©, we do not provide services beyond initial consultation or make any purchases on the behalf of clients without having first received funds for that service or purchase.

Any client-specific materials beyond standard office materials, including but not limited to VoIP lines with client phone number, client company software, etc., is the responsibility of the client to fund.
